A few Years ago napansin ko na nag gain talaga ako ng timbang dahil sa unhealthy life style na ginagawa ko madalas ako umiinom ng alak. mahilig ako kumain sa mga fastfoods at sobrang hilig ko kumain ng matatamis na pag kain at sobrang tamad talaga ako mag exercise madalas pag dating ko sa bahay galing ng school pag kain kaagad ang hinahanap ko at wala ako control sa pagkain dahil pagod ako akala ko ok lang yung ganun pero lalo lumaki ang problema.

Yung mga damit at pants ko hindi na kasya sa akin at inaasar na ako nang mga friends ko na mataba daw sobrang hirap ng situation ko everytime na sinasabihan ako ng mataba at bumaba talaga ang confidence ko sa sarili ko. Hindi din ako makahanap ng Girl friend that time dahil bumaba talaga ang confidence ko sa sarili ko. Madalas kapag may ka meet ako hindi ako sinisipot then I will recieve a text message minsan na hindi daw sila sumipot kasi ayaw nila sa akin dahil sa mataba daw ako. 

Nag try din ako mag loose ng weight thru exercise but I failed hindi ko makita ang results na gusto ko nag take din ako ng mga suppliment pero sobrang tagal talaga bago ko makita ang results.
